This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Marveau (“Marveau,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) accepts returns, processes refunds, and handles exchanges for products purchased through marveau.com (the “Site”) or any affiliated services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing through our Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we respectfully advise you to refrain from making purchases through our Services.

Return Window and Eligibility: 

To initiate a return, please ensure that your request meets the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all original tags, packaging, inserts, authenticity cards, and protective materials.

  • Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Due to hygiene standards, items such as skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, and intimate apparel are final sale and not eligible for return.

Items purchased during promotional events, using discount codes, or as part of a final sale are not eligible for return unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Initiating a Return:

To begin the return process:

  1. Email our Client Services team at returns@marveau.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Await confirmation and instructions, which may include a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label, if applicable.

  3. Ensure that all items are packed securely in their original packaging and that the RA number (if issued) is clearly marked on the parcel.

  4. Ship the package using the method instructed within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the return window may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their own expense.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Marveau is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

In select cases, Marveau may provide a prepaid return label. In such cases, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your final refund amount.

Inspection and Approval:

Once your return is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with our eligibility criteria. This process may take 5–7 business days from receipt. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return once the evaluation is complete.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions or appears to have been used or altered.

Refunds:

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If your original order included complimentary shipping, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@marveau.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not dispose of damaged goods before contacting us, as this may affect eligibility for reimbursement.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Skincare, fragrance, and cosmetic products

  • Intimate or personal-use items (e.g., undergarments)

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase 

Order Cancellation:

Due to our streamlined fulfillment process, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you no longer wish to receive your order, you may return it upon delivery (if eligible under the terms of this policy).

International Returns:

For orders shipped outside the United States, the return process may vary. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, return shipping fees, and applicable taxes associated with international returns.

Refunds for international returns will be issued minus any international shipping and handling charges, duties, and import taxes.

Policy Updates:

We may amend this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, product offerings, or legal requirements. When updates are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and publish the new policy on our Site. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
