Shipping Policy:
This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures and terms that govern the fulfillment and delivery of orders placed through marveau.com (the “Site”). Marveau (“Marveau”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to ensuring a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. By placing an order with us, you accept and agree to all conditions stated within this policy.

Order Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. During peak shopping periods—such as product launches, promotional sales, and holiday seasons—processing times may extend up to 5 business days due to increased volume.

If we anticipate a delay beyond our normal processing window, we will notify you promptly via email. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted, and a second notification once it has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Regions and Availability:
Marveau currently ships to the following regions:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)

  • United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)

  • Select international destinations

We aim to expand our delivery reach regularly. If your country or region is not available during checkout, please contact us at marveauparis@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote or to verify eligibility.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We work exclusively with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other regional couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping – Affordable and reliable for non-urgent deliveries

  • Expedited Shipping – Prioritized service for faster delivery

  • Express or Overnight Shipping – Available in select areas for time-sensitive needs

Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by weather, customs processing, or courier disruptions.

Estimated Delivery Times (not including processing):

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected delivery speed. All shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping for qualifying orders (e.g., purchases over a certain dollar amount). Any such promotions will be visibly announced on our website and automatically applied at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:
For orders shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for any additional fees incurred during or after shipping, including customs clearance, VAT, brokerage fees, and handling charges. Marveau does not pre-pay or estimate these charges on your behalf.

We advise consulting your country’s customs office for more information before placing an international order.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, or if you encounter issues with tracking updates, contact us at marveauparis@gmail.com and we will gladly assist.

Failed Deliveries and Address Issues:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed packages, or delivery refusal will be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

If a package is returned to us and you do not wish to have it re-shipped, the item may be eligible for a partial refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, minus any original shipping fees and return-to-sender charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Deliveries:
Marveau is not liable for orders marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building management, or local postal offices.

We suggest filing a claim directly with the courier service. If assistance is needed, please reach out to us at marveauparis@gmail.com and we will do our utmost to help resolve the issue, although replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for confirmed deliveries.

Weather, Disruptions, and Force Majeure:
Delivery times may be affected by natural disasters, extreme weather events, public holidays, border closures, customs delays, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Marveau cannot be held responsible for such disruptions.

Should a significant shipping disruption occur, we will do our best to communicate proactively and provide status updates and solutions where feasible.

Pre-orders and Backorders:
Items purchased as part of a pre-order or marked as backordered will ship as soon as the product becomes available. Estimated release dates will be provided on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the entire shipment until all items are ready unless otherwise specified.

Packaging and Sustainability:
In line with our brand values, Marveau is committed to sustainable packaging practices. Whenever possible, we use recyclable or biodegradable materials. We strive to minimize environmental impact without compromising the luxury presentation and safety of our products.

Split Shipments:
In rare instances, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to stock availability or warehouse distribution. You will be notified if this applies, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers accordingly.
